Full Dedicated Virtual Office

If you want a totally bespoke virtual office dedicated to you and your company – Grays Business Center can offer that to you through the Full Dedicated Virtual Office – Mail/Post/Accommodation address, Telephone/Message Service on a line which is answered in your company name, fax and email service with your own email address and the assistance of a PA (hourly rate applies).

Calls will be answered in your company name during office hours. Outside office hours there is an answer phone service.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED £45.00

The SERVICE CHARGES per page for fax and email are:

FAXING
Incoming - .50p per page
Outgoing UK - £1.00 per page
Outgoing rest of the world - please ask for price

EMAILING
Incoming - 20p per page
Outgoing - 20p per page

SERVICE CHARGES for mailing/forwarding of faxes and emails
.60p plus postage

MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE CHARGES (for mailing/forwarding mail)
Are .50p to £1.00 according to envelope size per forward plus postage.

TELEPHONE SERVICE CHARGES
Forwarded calls are charged at BT standard rate plus .50p per call (may be subject to secretarial service, should a long call be involved).
Charges are inclusive of up to 70 calls per calendar month, thereafter calls taken are charged at .30p each. Messages can be held for collection or forwarded to suit.
For clients who expect a high number of incoming calls, a service which is inclusive of all calls taken, can be arranged. Quotation on request.

As services are paid for using the deposit, when the deposit reaches a credit balance of £5, we shall invoice you for any services given, in order to top the deposit back up again to the original deposit amount.
