That's right - your own "virtual office" with all the Mail/Post/Accommodation address, telephone/message service on our communal line with an allocated extension number, fax and email service, and the assistance of a PA (hourly rate applies)

The SERVICE CHARGES per page for fax and email are:

FAXING
Incoming - .50p per page
Outgoing UK - £1.00 per page
Outgoing rest of the world - please ask for price

EMAILING
Incoming - 20p per page
Outgoing - 20p per page

SERVICE CHARGES for mailing/forwarding of faxes and emails
.60p plus postage

MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE CHARGES (for mailing/forwarding mail)
Are .50p to £1.00 according to envelope size per forward plus postage.

TELEPHONE SERVICE CHARGES
Forwarded calls are charged at BT standard rate plus .50p per call (may be subject to secretarial service, should a long call be involved).
Charges are inclusive of up to 50 calls per calendar month, thereafter charged at .20p each.

As services are paid for using the deposit, when the deposit reaches a credit balance of £5, we shall invoice you for any services given, in order to top the deposit back up again to the original deposit amount.
