Mailing Accommodation Address

If you are a Business or an individual, there are many reasons why you cannot or do not wish to use your own address. You may find yourself working from home, overseas, or always on the move.

You and your mail are in safe hands with us, and as we are not a P.O. Box, any mail requiring a signature is not a problem. This mail service gives you the appearance of a permanent presence at our office, thus giving a professional image to your clients. No fuss, just your business name or personal name followed by the Grays Business Centre address.

We can hold onto your mail for you to collect, or forward it to you at a frequency to suit to any given address. There is no extra charge for mail that is collected.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED £10.00 for mail forwarding.

£20.00 for 1 month
£45.00 for 3 months
£80.00 for 6 months
£120.00 for 12 months

MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE CHARGES (for mailing/forwarding mail)
Are .50p to £1.00 according to envelope size per forward plus postage.

As services are paid for using the deposit, when the deposit reaches a credit balance of £5, we shall invoice you for any services given, in order to top the deposit back up again to the original deposit amount.

Please print off the Standard Services Application Form and return it to the Grays Business Centre with your payment.
